Q: Do We participate with Insurance:
A: Yes, we are a fee-for-service practice. We do participate in many medical insurances. If you do not have medical insurance, you can still see the physician for out-of-pocket fees.
Q: Certain insurances require a referral:
A: We need a valid referral each time you see the physician.
Q: What are your Office hours:
A: We are open 5 days a week, closed on the weekends and major holidays, and Friday after thanksgiving. Phone lines are open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, phone lines are closed for lunch from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM. Patients are scheduled even when the phone lines are closed.

A: Earliest appointment is at 7:00 AM on Tuesdays, other days 7: 45 AM
Q: What is your latest appointment:
A: Last new patient appointment is at 3;00 PM. Last follow up appointment is at 3: 45 PM
